Our Herbalife Story

In 2011 we were looking for a way to manage our weight, get healthier and just feel better. We got introduced to the amazing Herbalife Nutrition products through a Body Challenge. We got started on the Herbalife eating plan and, with the help of our coaches, who gave us so much love and support, we changed our lifestyle completely. We dropped the extra kilograms, got more active and started feeling energized and confident.

Friends and family noticed the changes and asked us what we were doing, and just like that, we started our Herbalife journey to help others get healthier and happier. Over the last 14 years, we have made so many friends, changed a whole lot of lives, and built an amazing team. Through this community, we provide the exact training and support needed for anyone looking to become a Herbalife distributor and step into a leadership role.

We have gotten to travel the world with Herbalife, from Amsterdam to France, from London to Turkey, and we have been able to design a life that we are proud of and that brings us so much joy and fulfillment.

A bit more about us

We are parents to our son and live in the Swartland region, balancing our professional design and development businesses with our passion for wellness. While we are rooted here, the digital nature of our work allows us to support an active community of customers and team members across South Africa and around the world.

Natalie: I hold an Honours Degree in Graphic Design and have run my own creative studio for over a decade. Alongside my design and photography work, I manage the background operations, branding, and creative support for our wellness community, bringing our 14 years of experience with the brand into the visual identity of Joy Crew.

Rudi: I am a veteran web developer and programmer with over 20 years of industry experience operating a professional web design firm. Having spent the last 14 years within the wellness space, I am the primary driver of Joy Crew. I combine my technical background with a deep knowledge of direct selling to mentor others, helping them navigate the digital landscape to build their own independent ventures.
