Berry Nice Lollies

Make these up and store in the freezer for an instantly refreshing treat on those warmer summer days! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 52 grams Herbalife Formula 1 Summer Berries Flavour (2 servings)
  • 1 sachet of Herbalife Pro-core
  • 275ml Oat drink (or almond milk)
  • 175ml water
  • 75 gram mixed berries (can be frozen) – raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

Makes 6-8 lollies

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until fine. If your blender isn’t powerful enough, you may need to pour the mixture through a sieve to get some of the seeds out.
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze. Serve as they are out of the moulds, wrapped up in parchment paper, displayed on a chilled plate with berries on the side (to look nice 🙂

Chocolate Pudding Warm Drink

For all the coffee lovers, go-getters, dreamers with deadlines, multi-taskers and explorers – this recipe is for you. This Chocolate Pudding Warm Drink is the perfect winter warmer pick-me-ups on a cold day.

  • 5g dark cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops (23g) High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha Flavour
  • 110ml semi-skim milk
  • 135ml cold water
  • 2g 90% dark chocolate

In a jug, combine the cocoa powder and High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha Flavour powder, then in a saucepan stir together the milk and water and heat for 1-2 minutes until warm or, if you have one, warm to frothy in a milk frother.

Add 2 tbsp of the milk mixture to the powder and stir until completely combined and smooth. Add the remaining milk mix gradually, stirring as you go.

Transfer to a serving glass and grate with chocolate. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

◾️ 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (New Formula), Strawberry Delight
◾️ 250 ml skimmed milk or plant-based drink
◾️ 2 tbsp white chia seeds
◾️ 70 g mixed berries

Method:

  1. Put Formula 1, milk and chia seeds in a covered jar. Shake well and let sit for 10 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken, shaking occasionally.
  2. While waiting, crush the berries with a fork. Place the crushed berries in the bottom of a glass or bowl. Gently pour the Formula 1 mixture on top of the berries.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight, until set.

Ingredients

1 sachet H24 Liftoff Max Grapefruit Twist Flavoured
1 cup ice
1 cup water
½ lime wedge
1 berry skewer (strawberry, cherry, and blackberry)

Instructions:

Add ice to fill the glass.
Pour water slowly over the ice, squeeze lime wedge, add H24 Liftoff Max Grapefruit Twist Flavoured sachet and stir lightly.

Garnish glass with berry skewer.

Sun-dried Tomato & Roasted Pepper Muffins

Let’s make Sun-Dried Tomato & Roasted Pepper Muffins.😍

Savoury Muffins are scrumptious muffins studded with Mediterranean flavours and are a must try. You will surely WOW a crowd with them.

Ingredients:

1 serving (14 g) Protein Drink Mix
2 servings (64 g) Gourmet Tomato Soup
75 g organic strong plain flour
75 g rolled oats
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 generous tablespoon chopped chives
100 g grated cheese such as cheddar
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
50 ml olive oil
200 ml water
100 g mixed sun-dried tomatoes and roasted peppers, chopped

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the muffin cases in a 12-hole muffin tray.
Mix together in a bowl the plain flour, oats, Protein Drink Mix, Gourmet Tomato Soup, baking powder, chopped chives, grated cheese, pepper and the salt.
In a separate bowl whisk the two eggs and mix in the olive oil, water and then the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and peppers.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients then pour in the wet ingredients. Mix gently but completely until a dough is formed.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture out to fill the 12 muffin cases and place in the centre of the preheated oven to bake for 23-25 minutes until puffed up, golden and cooked in the centre. Take out and cool slightly before eating.
Tip: Instead of the chives you could add 2 teaspoons of chopped thyme or rosemary for a change

Power Balls

These power balls are ready in minutes and are a great source of protein. Simply blitz, mix, roll and refrigerate and you have a healthy power house of a snack that’s ready to go whenever and wherever you are!

Ingredients:

50 g ground oat flakes
30 g cocoa powder
40 g desiccated coconut
2 servings (52 g) Formula 1 Smooth Chocolate (or 50 g H24 Rebuild Strength Chocolate)
70 ml unsweetened soya drink
1 T honey
Crushed nuts, coconut, toasted seeds to coat the balls (optional)

Method:

  • Place the oat flakes in a blender and blend until fine
  • 1 Tip into a mixing bowl and add the desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and Formula 1. Mix well
  • 1 Pour in the soya drink and the honey (if the honey is a little stiff, let it sit in a bowl of warm water before using) and mix well together
  • 1 Form balls and coat them in the nuts, coconut, or seeds if using
  • 1 Leave them to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour and enjoy

Ginger Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop Multifibre
• 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup rolled oats
• 1 medium banana, frozen
• 1 cup fresh carrot juice
• 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 inch peeled fresh ginger root, chopped
• ½ cup ice cubes
• Wedges of blood orange, for garnish

Method:

Pour the water into a bowl, stir in the rolled oats cereal and let sit for 5 minutes. Place all the ingredients, except the blood orange, in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with a wedge of blood orange and serve.

Yogurt Cups

10 minutes and 4 ingredients is all you need to whip up these tasty, low calorie yoghurt cups.

Save the recipe below and make these up for a week of healthy snacks!

▪️ Preparation time: 10 minutes (plus 2 hours freezing time)
▪️ Serves: 12

Ingredients:

▪️ 6 tbsp Herbalife Nutrition Personalised Protein Powder
▪️ 3 cups of fat free Greek yoghurt
▪️ 140 g raspberries
▪️ 140 g blueberries

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt and Personalized Protein Powder in a bowl.
  2. Lay out approximately 12 cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a small baking sheet or tray.
  3. Using a spoon, dollop 2 tbsp of yogurt into the bottom of each cupcake case.
  4. Put a few pieces of fruit into each cup. Pressing them down a little into the yogurt with the tip of your finger.
  5. Place tray with cups into freezer and leave to freeze for 2 hours, until set solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the cases and serve (or bag up and pop straight back in the freezer to eat later).
