Post workout shake

After a good workout, you need a satisfying and delicious shake. We know you don’t have much time so let’s quickly make this yummy Vanilla Spice Protein Shake. Simple, spicy and full of protein, just the way we like it.

Ingredients:

🥤1 scoop (13 g) H24 Formula 1 Sport Shake Mix Vanilla Cream Flavoured
🥤2 scoops (51 g) Rebuild Strength
🥤1 cup almond milk
🥤1 tablespoon raisins
🥤dash of cinnamon
🥤3-5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
